 I could give you a picture of a cow, and someone could model it. They don't need to know how the cow works.

Yes, in that situation, if you asked someone to model a cow and not do anything, then fine, they can use just a picture.
But this gun shoots something or does something, (given that it's even a gun) which wasn't explained in the first post, which needs to be explained for people to make it properly.

K I finished it.
I couldnt get the whole 20 seconds, cuz if I did, then it would be a bad loop and his voice would fade out, so I got the part where he starts singing around 0:30 to the end of the guitar before he starts singing again. Here's the .ogg, anyway.

K, look, at least you could make the colors normal...
Like, what cat has a green mouth?
And the head's a flat circle, use ramps and stuff to make it look more round, add ears, do some work on the legs, legs bend....
Well just use a visual aid, google "cat" in Images.
