Faces, Decals, Prints / Face/Decal: Doctor Eggman

Face and Decal
DOCTOR EGGMAN

"I am the Eggman, that's what I am,
I am the Eggman, I got the master plan."

This one probably doesn't need an explanation, but I'll provide one anyway to give this thread a bit of substance.  Doctor Ivo Robotnik, also known by his alias Doctor Eggman, is a Fictional video game character and the main antagonist of the Sonic the Hedgehog series created by Sega. Dr. Eggman is a rotund, mad scientist with an IQ of 300 who plans to conquer the world in order to build his Eggman Empire. Though he has gone through several large appearance changes throughout the series, his design retains several basic characteristics, such as his egg-shaped body and his large mustache. Despite his scientific skilled mind, he is horribly immature and often tends to throw temper tantrums mostly whenever his plans fail. He has appeared in almost every Sonic the Hedgehog game since his first appearance and has appeared in all other Sonic media, including comics, TV series, and a feature film.

Finally, after my long absence from the forums, I've decided to make yet another amazing face and decal set.  Unlike my Klonoa decals the, the decal is actually good.  Much like my Klonoa face, the face is perfect.  Also, unlike all my previous faces and decals, THESE ONES ARE PACKAGED PROPERLY!  :D  Enjoy!

Games / Second Life: What Is It?
« on: January 22, 2011, 01:20:02 PM »
I've been considering getting a Second Life account for a while now, but I don't really know all that much about it.  If there is anyone here who does play second life, could you give me sort of a simple explanation of the game (particularly anything that may involve money)?

Suggestions & Requests / Request: Long Range Music Bricks
« on: January 16, 2011, 04:57:39 PM »
I'm working on a build that requires a music brick with a range of roughly 128.  I tried to make one on my own, but failed.  If no one is going to make it, could you at least tell me how to?

Off Topic / The cat of death.
« on: October 19, 2010, 08:13:55 PM »
I have always loved animals.  Ever since I was a child, I always wanted new pets.  So far, I've had three cats (two of which have died), three lizards, a frog, a toad, two newts, and an inordinate amount of fish.  Recently, I have been acquiring new pets at an alarming rate.  Recently, I learned that a friend of mine was giving away a 60 gallon fish tank for free.  I claimed it, and it now contains many awesome fish and several Myst references.  Then, I was assigned a project in my biology class that required me to obtain a pet lizard (a Cuban brown anole, to be specific) and observe its behavior for six weeks.  After the six weeks ended, I bought two more lizards (a Carolina anole and a house gecko) to keep it company.  The six weeks ended last tuesday, by the way.

Several months ago, an elderly woman named Patty learned that a good friend of hers was dying of cancer.  Her friend owned a cat, which she loved dearly.  This cat would need a good home once her owner died, so Patty decided to adopt the cat.  Patty became very fond of the cat, and the cat became very fond of her.  Last Friday, Patty was going to visit her friend, who was about to die.  On her way there, she was in a terrible car accident.  She died in the hospital later that weekend.  Her friend died the following Sunday.  Patty had been a volunteer in the Physical Therapy department at the local hospital.  She had many friends in the PT department, all of whom were deeply saddened by her death.  One of her other close friends began to care for the cat.  She could not adopt the cat herself, as it was very skittish and she owned a dog.  All of her coworkers also owned dogs, so none of them could adopt the cat either.  Her boss, on the other hand, did not own any dogs.  Her boss told her that she would take the cat this Wednesday if no one else would.  The woman's boss just happens to be my mother, and no one else has offered to adopt the cat yet.

My friends all say the cat is a death omen.  They have even suggested some amusing names for the cat, such as "Grim", "Reaper", "Death", "The Death Cat", "II", and "Lilith".  My favorites are "II" and "Lilith"; "II" indicating the number of the cats previous owners that died, and "Lilith" being the name of both a succubus and a character from a certain graphic novel who has the ability to drain life-force.

Off Topic / Shared Birthdays/Shared Faces (Game... Thing...)
« on: July 25, 2010, 03:29:04 AM »
This is one of those stupid, pointless games that people post on the forums when they have nothing better to do.  The game:  morph a photo of yourself with a photo of  a notable person born on the same date as you.  You can do one of the following:

•Put your face on the body of the other person.
•Put the face of the other person on your body.
•Morph your face together with the face of the other person.
(Note: You do not need to put a large amount of effort into your image.  This is a handicapped forum game, after all.)

Example:

My birthday is on July 29.  Benito Blue Meanie was born on this date.
I decided to put my face on his body. (It looks terrible because of the minimal amount of effort I put into it.)

(Another Note:  I'm posting this at 3:39 AM.  My judgement is severely impaired.  I will probably wake up in the morning with no knowledge of the existence of this post.  When I remember, I will probably try to strangle myself.  I will probably fail, much like this post.)

Telly's Face
(w/ Eye of Sauron! FTW?)
and
Bullet Bill T-Shirt
Today, decided to make something random out of clay.  I don't really know what it is, but it has the Eye of Sauron in the middle.  This gave me a random idea...

(This was the worst idea ever. It was still hot from being baked.  It burned my eyelid.  Ouch...)

One idea quickly lead to another and...

I now present to you a custom face that features my random creation, as well as my Bullet Bill T-Shirt! :D

N.I.O.S.O.F.T.  Hazard Suit:
HR-DS MKIII

I've been wanting to post this for a LONG time, but I just never got around to it.  I am not a member of N.I.O.S.O.F.T., because I can't be in the Graphic Design branch unless I'm in another branch already.  I suck at everything except graphic design, to that is a problem for me.

This decal works best on bright and dark colors. Light colors make it look terrible.

Faces, Decals, Prints / Face/Decal: Klonoa

Face/Decal:
KLONOA

I was going to wait to post these until Peejster's Klona hat was finished, but that hasn't happened yet, and I made these a LONG time ago.

Klonoa is a video game series created by Namco and Klonoa Works, as well as the name of the titular character of the series.  The games are set in different worlds, though the primary and known ones are Phantomile and Lunatea. It revolves around Klonoa and how he, the Dream Traveler, must save whatever world he is in from utter peril. Along the way he makes new friends and enemies, some of them becoming reoccurring characters. The game itself was originally the first side scrolling 3D game. It is an adventure and puzzle type of game. The main gameplay feature involves using Klonoa's ring and "Wind Bullets" to inflate enemies, which can then be thrown at other objects or at the ground, giving him a boost upwards allowing him to double jump.

Assorted Alien Faces
"I have the coolest face on right now, and no I'm not" - Telly the Destroyer (In response to a question by BlydeBadger)
"I have big yellow eyes and fangs, and I'm wearing a shirt that says 'Inconceivable!' on it!" - Telly the Destroyer

This pack contains material generated by burnness99.  I now have permission to release this material, and thank burnness99 for allowing me to use this in my alien faces pack.

This pack is comprised almost* entirely of faces I threw together in an attempt to make a decent alien face.  I really have no more to say on this subject.

*Includes the PBearAYB face by burnness99.

Faces, Decals, Prints / Faces: David Bowie/Ziggy Stardust

David Bowie/Ziggy Stardust
Faces!

David Bowie is an English musician, actor, record producer and arranger. Active in five decades of popular music and frequently reinventing his music and image, Bowie is widely regarded as an innovator, particularly for his work in the 1970s. He has been cited as an influence by many musicians and is known for his distinctive voice and the intellectual depth of his work.  After a three-year period of experimentation he re-emerged in 1972 during the glam rock era as the flamboyant, androgynous alter ego Ziggy Stardust, spearheaded by the hit single "Starman" and the album The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars. The relatively short-lived Ziggy persona epitomised a career often marked by musical innovation, reinvention and striking visual presentation.  Now you can play as both David Bowie and his alter ego, Ziggy Stardust, in Blockland! :D  To do so, simply click the "Download" button below.
