molten
how about you wait untill someone does something stupid to ban them

oh look a guy that looks shady and had a criminal record before
lock him up now even though hes just sitting there minding his own business and eating his lunch

i'm not talking about nal specifically but there are plenty of trolls in-game that shouldn't even be given the chance to cause trouble. they bring it on themselves, and it's just a waste of time having to watch over them waiting for them to fall into the same pattern of behaviour.

Host is called President instead of "host", so you can still apply for another job. President job doesn't actually exist, I'll edit the post about that soon.
That's good then. The last thing we need is another iteration of the mod that encourages 10 year old hosters to go on a powertrip

Service blocks work better than the other city rpg's, actually. You can easily make your own info brick in the script since I made it 10x easier. I'll discuss things coding wise on the features once I edit more of the features.
The reason I'm asking is that all the mods have /yes and /no service commands that don't cancel when you click on another service. E.g.
  • You click brick 1 (which offers a service)
  • You then click brick 2, and it says something like 'You have pending service requests'.
It should just cancel brick 1's service request when you click brick 2

benefits? you mean the ability to manage the server and fix things as he sees fit?
i'm just wondering why that is a job inside the mod. administrative functions could be completely separate. that's why I'm asking if there are benefits he's giving that 'job'

it's not. one thing beneficial from this thread is seeing how quickly the community reacts to something light hearted like this. that wasn't the purpose of this thread though
what was the purpose then

head over to 'Suggestions and requests' and make all the models that people have requested

Question, do the service bricks work like all the other CityRPG mods?

President: Only the host can be this, they can modify items, taxes, vehicle prices, building licenses, brick volume, and lots more.
what other benefits do you give yourself?

So my ISP is sharing my location with others, or ???
They allocate your IP, and you hold an account with them so they know your location. Most carriers will give you an IP that is somehow based on your location.

I know it can be a bit inaccurate, but how does your IP address even know where you are?
Like, I never answered a survey, it just determined my location somehow.
The IP doesn't know where you are, your ISP does

I think it differs depending on each ISP's allocation practices, but often they allocate IPs based on location.

If you mean through all those geolocation searches, they're only accurate to whatever exchange you connect to for your internet.

CHARITIES.
As I said, it's nowhere near comparable to the fiscal impact a government can make on the situation. Charities are complimentary to a solution, they are not the solution.

I'm not saying how they should be reacting, i'm saying its unreasonable to expect benefits.
By saying that you're obviously dictating that how they're reacting is wrong to you, so again, how do you think they should be reacting?

There are many ways that people can assist without needing to use tax money.
Such as?

Doesn't matter how i'd react, expecting people to throw their money at me is unrealistic.
So how are people meant to react in that situation?
