Most of the lookups are just going through the member file, which although it does have a 'valid' email indicator (i guess meaning they verified?), it's not really a good indication of anything.

The credit card transaction files are the ones you want to look at. Lists emails and often real names, and is an indication that the person has actually paid to chat with people.

Go to martial arts class. It'll be hard as forget, but it's hella fun.
Do this daily at any time to warm up:
Ten push-ups
Ten sit-ups
Twenty-five jumping jacks
Then jog around your neighborhood.
Also richard around with irl LEGOs, it'll improve fine motor skills.
Finally, stand instead of sit, and drink protein shakes.
That sounds a lot harder than just following a 3 day lifting routine and eating 2800 cal worth of food daily

It likely also wouldn't put any mass on him

For me, I like to drink protein shakes, while at the same time burning calories. What I would do is stay away from weights. If you are trying to lose weight, start by doing conditioning. It sucks, it really does. But after you do it, you'll feel plenty better. Second, I would definitely focus on diet. You cant lose weight without changing your diet. Third, I would work on Core and Chest. Your torso and up is where most of the weight is. Goodluck!
i'm not fat, i just need more muscles. i have no noticeable fat on my body.

Protein should be your focus, but don't neglect your carbs/fat either. You will probably find hitting 2800 calories a day very hard if you don't follow a good split, like 50% prot, 30% carbs, 20% fat. Carbs are especially important because they give you the energy to work out and fuel muscle repair.

because of the drought in california, meat and poultry prices have gone up.
Would your parents help out with buying the food for your bulk then? Because being able to hit that 2800 cal mark will determine whether you're going to gain any mass

If you're going to bulk you need to start loving chicken breast. I've got some in the oven now. This is 1kg of chicken, which should last me 3 days.



stuff like this is super easy. Cut the really fatty bits off, cover in olive oil and season however you like (I use steak seasoning). In the oven for 20 minutes at 450 degrees (f) and bam, great source of protein for 3 days.
