just finished playing the stuff out of Call of Juarez: Gunslinger, got in one of my moods to design something
58 or Five-eight, was marketed solely as a series of entertainment bots for restaurants and bars, specifically in the theme of "frontier adventure" as told by the many stories from the desert planet Corius. With the inevitable disbandment of the CTC after one of the most mechanized wars in the cosmos, most of these units were scrapped for the post-war distrust of robots and androids alike. One lone Five-Eight, in the ownership of one Ely Shadinger survived the recall due to an uncommon chip failure in its main control unit. Based off the MATT series of mechanoid platforms, it was mandatory for Five-Eight like its more militarized counterparts to undergo extensive memory wipes every 3 months. Ely Shadinger of course was not a responsible man and died when a mysterious fire claimed his bar and was shot 6 times in the chest to boot.
