*Bump* Well anyway someone of modding experience needs to say if this is possible or not! (plz make it possible :3) Im going to brainstorm some ideas.
1. Kitty ears (naough!) -hat
2. katana -body piece
3. Spiky shoulder things
4. Viking hat (as suggested by Oxley)
5. Goggles type visor thing
6. Space helmet -hat
7. Hair (its so obvious!)-hat
8.  -hat
9. jacket -body piece
10. moar kitty ears -hat
So, Im just throwing ideas out. Now MOD for me.

3-Decoder Hat. Easy Untrust Decoding  For Wrench Events.
4-Night Vision Hat. In First Person You Can See Without Light On.*Blinding In The Light.*
5-Invisi-Hat. You Are Nearly Invisible. *You Can See Invisi-Players With Night Vision Hat.*
6-Impulse Hat. Anyone Who Touches You Will Fly Away.
7-Magna-Hat. If You Have Weighted Cubes The Will Come To You.*Might Kill If You Run At Them.;)*
8-Viking Helmet. Instant Sword.
9-DNA Hat. You Type /[name of datablock]; And You Become That Specific Item Or Datablock.*Even On Items.*
10-Ghost Cap. Turns You 50% Invisible And Get Rid Of You Legs And Replaces Them With Small Fog.*Still Killable Though.*

Good ideas, but i'm talking about like the helmet in the game. You know decoration. I <3 viking hat idea.

After downloading ALOT of avatar appearance modifying add-ons (faces, decals), I couldn't help but think that people with 3-D modeling stuff could make new hats, shoulders, body pieces, etc. It just sounds like something someone could make more of. So, to find this out myself, I did some exploring in the base folder. And I found the files that have the hats & such. So me (having never modded) feel that making some kind of 3-D model with some fancy script and putting it in there would do the trick :D. Thanks for your time, five cookies for anyone who figures it out.
Ps: If it works, I want kitty ears :3

I downloaded :D And i learned they are labeled as 1x1 prints T_T faces aren't 1x1 prints.
