Off Topic / what questions should I ask at my college interview

I'm sure a lot of you could help, basically this thursday I have an interview for an electrical engineering course at college and the only thing that can possibly get in the way of getting in is messing this interview up somehow. apparently I get a test which is some basic questions and then I'm asked some questions, then I have to ask some back. I really wanna seem interested but I am a bit short on questions

what questions should I ask? maybe word for word questions as well

let's see how this all started

I was innocently once a hungry, pure boy on the hunt for a good meal, I searched everywhere for answers and turned to something I'd never had before - ramen

I told almost everyone on discord about it, I even went to my good friend stevy

I had never had it before, maybe I could learn how to make it? I was in luck!

hours later he agreed to share the burden of knowledge with me


I was overjoyed


he showed me the packet


many, many dirty thoughts were running through my mind, hurtful words were thrown


stevy eased my mind and showed me his battlestation


again, this raised many questions, and lead me on a moral journey to find myself


this was all well and good, it was a new life experience, the kind you experience only once in life. this wasn't like going to college or kissing a girl, no, this was supposed to be something magical, and in my innocence I made one mistake

Off Topic / career problems ahead for maxwell

okay so I'm 16, 17 in a week, and I have for a while been thinking about college and getting a degree in aerospace engineering and doing the course, all that jazz. however an opportunity has popped up recently that puts me through college and pays me to do it for 3 years so I can get my degree and experience in the sector, which means as soon as I come out of college I'll be employed, this sounds good because it's college with added benefits, what this means is for 3 years I'll get my college and stuff paid by BAE (the folks running the apprenticeship),

this course is in england, specifically blackpool

I live far as hell away from there, I also read they won't pay my accommodations for living near the college and there's no way in hell I'm doing 300 miles everyday to blackpool and back, long story short I'll have to stay very far away from home and only 17 years old

I think they pay me, I'm gonna ask if they do, but even then it's far from home and I'm 17 and I'd have to pay for everything except college down there or at least I think, I'm not sure how things work in england

but my parents are completely happy to put me through this, it isn't costing them anything but a one way bus fair at least, but that brings me onto another thing where I can't drive yet but that might be sorted within a year? I don't know

I was considering college up until this, now this sounds better and I do want to do it but the thing that's putting me off is the financial burden of living by myself on my own far from home, I have literally 0 idea on how to do that and the alternative option is get the exact same degree here in scotland closer to home but there's a few problems with that

1) no aerospace industry jobs up here, so I'll have to move to england anyway

2) it's not an apprenticeship, so if I do get the degree I'll have a harder time finding jobs without actual experience

another alternative option is changing my degree to electrical engineering, but both interest me

TL;DR I'm at a standstill with 3 routes, college at home, college far from home on my own with barely any knowhow on how to survive and paying for my own living space, and a complete degree change to something easier to get into

either route I'm getting college for free, it's just finding jobs is the hardest part

so like, texas, that state, it. we know it's at least one of three things at all times:

• dumb
• wrong

however, gravity isn't actually one of those 3 listed things, so are we sure gravity actually exists in texas? let's do the math

w = mg
g = w/m _{[since everything is bigger in texas, we may as well just square the right terms]}
g = (w/m)²

now, if we substitute in the numbers of the mass of every texan, which is 143e+20kg and we take the weight as being 0 because they're airheads, then we get

g = (0/143e+20kg)^" = 0N/kg

........>??>////??????????? there is not 1 loving newton acting on any kg in texas, despite everyone there being big, so what the forget, can we not even say the GRAVITY in texas is dumb if the GRAVITY doesn't EXIST in the FIRST PLACE?

• Made in 2010, between July-August
• Set on Destruct (if you don't remember, it was that really really dark map)
• Had a swampy area in the middle

if someone has this save could they give it to me? it's purely for nostalgic reasons, I've searched high and low on the forums for it but to no avail

is florida just a haven of mishap, crime and old people? is it the renowned florida man? too many oranges?? heat??? rockets???????//////?/

if I was seriously planning to go to the united states I'd personally go to florida because I think it's less depressing than new york and cape canaveral is there, which if I was moving to the US indefinitely for a job I'd probably have to go there

the only problem I see with it is heat and typhoons, but maybe I can learn more about floridan culture and become a floraboo
