This.all it does is hinder you, what phantos doesn't realise we evolved bigger brains from switching our diet to include meat, sure you can live on a vegetarian diet but it's not healthy unless you want to justify weight loss, and it's especially dangerous for children unless you feed them eggs and almonds and it's still hindering development.
From what I know, for modern humans, it's just not feasible to live on a Herbivore only diet without strict planning because plant's just can't provide ALL the nutrients required for survival.
no i'm saying our bodies are better suited for a herbivore diet than carnivore. omnivore still works but biologically it's not meant to be that wayyou're disadvantaging yourself if you eat plants/vegetables only. you absolutely need sources of protein in your diet and very few plants if not none provide that. why the forget do you think our ancestors started eating and cooking meat?
"humans evolved to eat meat so they're actually herbivores" is the stupidest reasoning i've ever heardwe also evolved legs at some point, maybe we're not meant to walk with them
