You can share your creations with other people and look at theirs.both powder toy and powder game allow you to share your creations, powder toy is downloaded but it has a better fire renderer but powder game is browser based and is for the most part not as laggy when there are a ton of explosions.
in my opinion powder toy is the best because the reactions are better and you can create nuclear reactors/bombs
