Help / Blockland stuck on black screen on startup

After a short, few second power outage while playing blockland, I rebooted my computer, and tried to start BL back up, only to get stuck on the black screen that appears while it loads. I killed the process, and validated the cache files. It said that all of the files were fine, so I tried starting BL back up again, only for the problem to repeat itself. I then tried starting up my non-steam version of BL, and I got the same problem. How do I fix this?

Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
AMD FX-4100
8gb RAM
AMD Radeon HD 7770 ghz edition
1920x1080 monitor (actually a tv) connected via HDMI
SB Audigy SE

Games / Twin Flight-stick capable games?

So, I saw this video, and thought "hey, that looks pretty fun". Fast forward a few weeks, I find a new flight stick at a thrift store for 8$. Same model as my current one, but is new in box. Being that my old one was not in good condition (rusty spring, sticky throttle, missing 2 buttons), I was going to buy a new one anyways. I then remember this video, and then i remember I have 2 flight sticks now.

Are there any games that can utilize twin flight sticks? My flight sticks are Saitek St290 Pro's.

As the name says, We are (planning to be) a clan which builds zeppelins, and maybe some zeppelin vs zeppelin plane battles

A couple of days ago, Tennessee passed some kind of bill or law or something saying that starting with the class of 2015, community college was free for high school graduates. Being in a family that is supported only by a teacher's pay, that's awesome.

In 5th grade, this girl was bothering me, so I decided to bother her back by tapping her on the shoulder. As I Was tapping, she ran and told the gym teacher. I got written up for "loveual Harassment". This is an elementary school. In the 5th grade. I got sent to ISS (IN SCHOOL SUSPENSION) for a week, which is next to the special ed room...so that was fun. My desk was also next to the restroom, also used by special ed...

In the 6th grade, I was getting a book out of my locker (this was the middle school), and when I opened it, I accidentally hit a girl in the face. I said "Sorry", and she was cool with it. However, another girl who saw it told the teacher, and I got written up for it. I had to serve 3 days of Out of School Suspenion, and I had a field trip on the 3rd day. Luckily, the Principal was nice enough to let me return on the day of the field trip if I went home early that day.

In Kindergarten, I was crying for some reason (I can't remember a lot about kindergarten), and the substitute teacher called the office and told the front desk lady to listen to me crying......I stopped immediately, but still...way to waste the front desk lady's time.

In the 8th grade, we were in a line to go to lunch. We had stopped at the end of a hallway, and the person in front of me wasn't paying attention, so I told him that the line had left. He turned around and punched me in the face. I didn't do anything back, because I was afraid of getting in trouble. Sure enough, I got in trouble anyways, just for being involved. I got 4 days of ISS, but when I told the Principal what had happened, she was nice enough to shave off a day. I missed High School Registration because of this...

Also in the 8th grade, I had accidentally left a pen mark on a girl's jacket. She and her parents get pissed and demand I pay for an entire new jacket. I was forced to pay for a new jacket. forget her and her parents.

In 8th grade (Again....8th grade was a stuffty year), my social studies teacher decided to write me up because the answers on one of my worksheets were "too short".

In the 6th grade, I was talking to someone in the library, when the substitute in there decides to write me up. My homeroom teachers says "That's funny" to me. I wanted to punch her in the face so hard.

I was wondering if anyone could make Crimson skies planes for blockland. I would prefer it if you could do the Devastator, brigand, and Balmoral, though feel free to do more.


I feel these would do great for dogfight servers


Devastator:



Average speed

Average fire rate of guns

Average damage

Basically, just a standard fighter


Brigand:



Between slow and average

Powerful guns

Slow ROF

Slow handling

Turret in the back



Balmoral:



Slow speed

VERY slow handling

Bomber

No guns, just two under-side turrets

Drama / That Bingo hacking Google's Freebuild

So, I was playing Google's freebuild, when it started lagging. Google restarted the server, but the save failed, so he gave everyone (Just 4 of us other than Google) admin to say sorry. Later, "Slut" appeared in red letters, and 2 people, including me, were killed. It appeared a couple of more times, and 2 more people were killed each time. Google noticed That Bingo wasn't moving when "Slut" appeared, so he suspected him. Bingo said "Watch me move when it appears", ans sure enough, "Slut" appeared while he was moving, right after he said that. I said "PROOF!" when he did it. I died as I was typing " 'Slut' Appeared as were were moving, just as you said it would be, and then you killed me right after I said proof, so it must be you!". He proceeded to perma-ban me, the reason being "YOU DUMB SLUT SATISFACTORY cigarette"

Google unbanned me a few minutes later as I was typing this up

Unfortunately, I did not manage to get screenshots.

Games / So, I've softmodded my Original Xbox

After several months of procrastination and waiting for the damn parts to arrive, I've finally softmodded my Xbox. The xbox is fantastic for modding because of it's almost pc-like hardware and OS (Based loosely off of a Windows 2000 kernel). Numerous softmods and hardmods are avaliable, as well as many "Upgrades", such as bigger HDDs, faster IDE cables, and even RAM upgrades. The great thing about the xbox is the built in ethernet and hard drive, downloading media and *ahem* "Backups" onto the xbox is very simple. Xboxes are commonly softmodded to modify games, make backups, use as a media center, or for emulation. As previously mentioned, the xbox has a mostly PC-like structure, so porting emulators to the xbox is very easy. I've modified my xbox for all 4 of the reasons mentioned. It's surprising how well the emulators work on an xbox, even the PS1 and N64 emulators run smoothly. One of the most impressive features of the xbox is it's 1080i and 720p capability, which several games use. 480p video is also supported by most games, unlike the PS2, and the component cables required for progressive scanning (Hence the P in 480P) are plentiful, unlike the Gamecube. Modding really brings out the capabilities of the xbox, and is worth it if you can get the right parts.

Also, if you guys don't know, you can still play Halo 2 online using an xbox, using XLink Kai.
