when there's a stuffton of problems with the government, you'd be hard pressed to find a reason not to pass any bills that alleviate the problem

one of the biggest problems IS the unproductive congress
if we got people in congress that actually wanted to pass laws and wernt in it for their own benefit (like all public servers should be) the country would be changing for the better pretty fast

both parties are center right, but their coalition has the far-right https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sweden_Democrats in it which got 20 seats in its first real election

the policies differ from country to country
republicans here for the most part oppose socialized healthcare, however in sweden im sure its a different case

sweden is currently being run by their equivalent of the republican party so

except theres a massive difference between america's right wing and swedens
