I think what Frankie is describing is a head crash, which is essentially a hard-disk heart attack where the read/write head crashes into the center of the platter and sputters a bunch of metal all over the disk, rendering all the data unreadable.im still able to use the hard drive

some people cant live without massive storage so that's why a lot of people stick to hard drives
