that's what affirmative action is about. jesus christ do you people read anything? it requires institutions to consider minority applicants as much as they'd consider a white one

based on race alone?? great idea
if a black kid gets failing grades and white one gets all A's a college shouldnt have to choose between the two, the choice is pretty clear

minorities are treated differently by employers and colleges.

I do not understand the whole memo.

it use to allows school to choose minorities over (in this case) white people because of race
so now instead of race its about grades and other scholarly stuff

You don't understand, you make people feel uncomfortable with your uncontrollable loveual harassment posts, saying creepy things to people younger than you, it's just not right and it's really disproves this topic for the person.
