After following the road for a bit of time I come across the same truck I was hunting before. Right past it I see a man leading what seems to be thousands of people behind him.. My eyes widen with amazement. I hide ditch my rifle and bow along with my quiver. The rest I kept in my backpack.  I hope to try and disguise myself and sneak into the crowd unnoticed. The people that killed my friend hadn't seen what I look like yet so I can use this to my advantage. 'I need my chance to strike.. but not now.' I thought. I start to make my way into the front side of the crowd right a few yards from what seemd to be the leader.

After seeing my friend die in front of me I decide they have to die.. but not yet. I try to limp over to my dead friend and pickup his rifle. I then scurry into the woods and find a river to try to ease the pains of my burns. I dip my arms into the water and hurry back to the trucks to make sure I can stay on the travelers tail.

As soon as I see the small bomb land a few feet away from me I leap in the opposite direction. I could feel the blast push against me and my eardrums burst into pain. Burns were all up my arms and I cry out in pain. I lay there motionless waiting for the pain to subside.

I pull out my binoculars and raise them to my eyes seeing worthy opponents to attack. They looked disoriented from the recent fight. One of the men had a sub machine gun but I swift arrow to the head should take care of that. I pull out an arrow and pull the string back and let go. The arrow flies right past the man with the gun and misses. I panic and duck behind the hill. Hopefully they don't see me.

I see the truck in front of me take off including all the explorers but John.. 'There is nothing we can do for him now..' I thought. We continue to drive away hoping for some long awaited peace..

I run outside the refinery and get in the truck I was driving earlier. "Paul! we should get out of here before more bandits show up! We can come back later for whatever it was that said in your note!" I shouted as he was explaining to Zallek.

I then continue to point my gun at the man. I thought about firing a warning shot but realized I only had 2 bullets left. I stayed behind Jorici because I was not going to die for a man I didn't even know. Survival was the first thing on my mind. That and food. I hadn't even gotten to eat my roasted lizard :(

I quickly follow up behind jorici and I see a man pointing a gun at what looks like another explorer. I'm right behind jorici who is pointing his gun at the man pointing at the explorer. "Drop the weapon!" Shouted Jorici. I also pointed my weapon at the man. I still didn't know what my intentions were but I know I wasn't going to like taking orders from any of these explorers. I continued to train my weapon on the man.
