dude i know how to do it, i just forgot at the time. i had placed a tracker on it before but didn't have enough money to put insurance on it at the time so i just left it out, i came back to do just that once i'd saved up the money but got caught up in the modding of the car. i completely forgot to put insurance on it, then that happened. i know i'm stupid okay

it didnt work a few days ago, maybe rockstar updated it
now i have a beautiful white dominator with green blfc stripes and i love it
it worked for me on the first day of online, not sure why it didn't for you

tried to help a guy running from the cops and he killed me, so i sniped him once, and he got a bounty put on him after stealing a car, so i claimed the bounty afterwards. i've never felt better about earning $9000
