How many earth simulation threads do we need

This one's different lol, there's more space interaction and it isn't all about war and stuff. Plus i've devised a system for wars when they do come around.

Updated OP.

Current Year: 2075

So here we are. Hera was a lost cause. The remaining survivors, all 7 billion of us (pretty much Earths population way back then, funny huh?) left. We've got a huge fleet. Recently one of our astronomers made an amazing discovery. A group of stars packed closely together, called Cyrannus, seems to be harboring not one, two, or even three planets that are suitable for life, but TWELVE. You read that correctly, twelve. Our fleet headed over there ASAP. What we found was amazing, twelve planets. All with life. It's perfect. However, only three of them seemed to be suitable for human life. The thing is, strangely enough, they're all in the same solar system. The star name? Helios. We compiled a list of the planets and came to the conclusion that Scorpia would be best. We landed on Scorpia, and left the leaders to do their thing.

Our planet - Scorpia.

Scorpia is the third planet from its sun, Helios. It is preceeded by Tanatos and Libran.
Scorpia is a strange terra planet, as it is the only one discovered so far that has rings. The average temperature is a cool 282.81 K, six below Earths temperature. It has no moons, and it's diameter is 16,562 KM.

Scorpia mapped out

Scorpia has a bountiful amount of resources, but some of the most important are shown here on this map.

The map of Scorpia so far is shown below:

Countries, Rules, Template

Current countries:
Avonst
Emmeria
Martonia
Republic of Barwesse
ULSA

Current conflicts:

Organizations:

Rules:
- No loving nukes. Ever. That stuff was done with after Earth 2.0.
- Railgun technology is allowed, no super laser weaponry however.
- Contact me when you start a war so I can add it to the list, provide me with the link to the post that started it.
- Space exploration will be allowed once I figure out how to work it fairly.
- Overall, don't powergame. If you don't know what that is, it's basically doing stuff that is usually impossible in real life and that will make you all powerful in the roleplay.
- No you can't start out with an amazing military, you must start with atleast 200,000 citizens. Population will grow overtime.
- War will be handled either over a war game, if you wish, or rolling a dice every year.
- A year = 1 page.
