General Discussion / RTB Server Settings not working on dedicated server (still not working)

I am using CBMHost, and for some strange reason, I cannot open the RTB server settings.
I do not have the official and original RTB downloaded, I have DAProg's, and the keybind for server settings in the control options is set to F4. Yet when I hit F4 nothing happens.

If it helps I used FileZilla to move System_Return_To_Blockland into the add-ons folder on the dedicated server and restarted it.
I do not feel the console.log will help.
Please help.
This is more of an add-on issue so I figured this wouldn't go in help. Also, I don't think I'm going to really get help in the add-on's topic. And it might not even be the add-on that's causing the issue.

Suggestions & Requests / Dynamite Tool

That old tool from v0002 that lets you click on bricks from any distance, and it places dynamite which you can detonate.
I've never played v0002 before so I don't know how it worked really.
All I want is this:
-Limit of 10 dynamites
-The tool doesn't go away when the limit is over and isn't rendered useless. Instead, when the dynamite is detonated, the player gets all their dynamite restored and can bomb again
-Left click to place
-Right click to detonate
-Place from any distance
This would be beyond fun.
Sure, you can settle for the C4 and grenades but this lets you place 10 dynamites and it can be reused and reused and reused.

• Removed "-1" chat spam event from lighthouse speedkart map

This was on Badspot's server, so it's not just other speedkart servers who possibly didn't update

-Changing the name above a players head
-Changing a vehicle without unmounting a player
-Create a static shape
-Mount a light to a vehicle

Click the magnifying glass in the bottom left corner of the screen, search a video, find the video you want, and click the button that says "end" next to it.
