Okay I have seen some pretty forgeted up things in games like naked zombies and stuff, but Fall Out 3?
By the way *SPOILER*
IF YOU HAVENT BEAT FALL OUT 3 DONT READ THIS stuff!!!!
I found these things
Dead alien and alien ship with an alien blaster to turn people to ashes (ASHES NOT ASSES)
Moira Brown as a ghoul
Megaton blow to stuff
The Overseer fall into a pile of eyes and organs (after Amata lets you back in, but I had gotton Bloody-Mess before that)
Lincoln's winchester (repeater rifle but not so forgeted up, just awesome)
Tenpenny Tower infested with ferals
Dog Meat (a companion dog) get blown to stuff with a... uh... incident with the MIRV
Dad get flung in the air with a MIRV and survived
The Enclave's blaster turn people into a pile of green goo
Raiders hang people at a HUGE tower
A door infront of the HUGE tower that opens and says "forget YOU"
A behemoth's brain fly out
A behemoth kill a brother hood paladin (I think) then everyone gets all sad, even though when you die nothing happends
Andale, a small neighborhood that kills passers then eats them, and the kids eat them without knowing.
The Family, a group of idiots that drink blood

First of all:
VAC2=VALVe Anti Cheat
VAC2+Hacking(aimbot,wall hacks, other)= BANNED FORM ALL VAC2 PROTECTED SERVERS.
I was playing Counter-Strike: Source the other day and I joined a game on cs_assault.
I was going into the vents, when suddenly I got shot, then I move and I heard a few shots and got hit and hit and hit again.
I moved then... BOOM, headshot through the vent.
"You loving hacker!!! you got walls!!!" I typed
"yeah you dip-stuff this is a hacking server!!! lawl!!" HE typed
then I said "ugh, hacking servers suck"
then left.
I look at the server before I changed and it was VAC2 protected!!!!!
I couldn't stop laughing until I got awp'd is the next server.
