I think LotRO's was around 400.

PICTURE SOMEWHAT RELATED:
That Space trek didn't have any cannon ships. I was very put out. lol

But I did call my sis earlier today and confirmed that she'd be getting my copy sometime soon. So that much more for a better card and maybe processor if I can find a dual core that my chitty motherboard can handle.

I've also stolen borrowed copied Badspot's forum rules and posted them on the site page. Slightly edited so that it applies to the clan.

Yeah those are all the options you can do on your ship, also allows you to change tons of parts on your ship to give you a unique ship among the other 100. Its surprising a really good game but I will be very very disappointed if there is no Life Time Subscription, I don't want to fork out a monthly fee for the rest of the game life.
I like the monthly idea myself because I know I won't have enough to get a lifetime membership at one time and it is convenient for me until I earn my degree and can lavish more.
how would a lifetime subscription work out?
you just pay every 5 years?
No it's a one time flat fee. Roblox has one and I think it's around $300.

Jesus was a real person, the whole part of doubt about him was whether or not he was really the son of a deity that may or may not exist. That and people assume that he was a white man in an ethnic zone filled with Arabic people.

you want your ship to be overrun with aliens and have only 3 survivors and have only 1 leave the ship in the end?
then have him go to another ship and clear out the infection AGAIN
I won't be exactly revealing my ship name or character name just yet because I don't want people to steal them before I get to them. I've had it happen to me before and I want to secure those slots.

But from an article I read, you can name your characters, your ship, and even write an extensive bio if one would prefer for the avatar you customize. Pretty good options if you ask me.

Yah I think only an adult can open a checking account.

But any 10 year old can walk to the service desk at a walmart or grocery store and buy a prepaid visa gift card with cash.
A child can with parental consent. But that's something up to the parent.

DANG THE INABILITY TO BUY STUFF ONLINE

I hope this game stays alive for 2 more years.
The way I'm doing it is through a check card. Go to a credit union and see what they can offer for that kind of service. Or you can always get those simon mall visa gift cards that also work just like a check card. The latter being the best option if you're not into keeping a bank account open, although you really should start one and save what you can in case an expansion pack comes around. lol

Why? because you will start playing blockland less and less...

Ontopic: I heard of this, and I wish I had the $50 or something like that to spare to get the collectors edition. Ah well, I'll just have to convince my dad to let me buy the regular one. I'm a light trekkie BTW.
Actually the $50 is for the regular one. The collectors edition will cost around $70

In that case, I'll probably be UFP.

I think I'll have to crank the settings down a bit. :(

Is anyone in the beta?
I would have been but my sister decided to buy me Dragon Age Origins for 360 rather than STO, otherwise, I would have been playing on it by now. When my Financial Aid check comes in for what I didn't use, I plan on upgrading my pc to be able to play the game, not to mention pre-order from Amazon so I can get my Borg Bridge Officer. Depending how much I have left after fixing my car of course.

But the races involved in the game isn't limited to just Klingons and humans. It has a full character customization for each faction and 3 or 4 basic races to select so you can be a core Trek race or invent one of your liking.

USS Virgo?
Eh, no.
It's not that bad. I think Star Trek had a ship by that listing somewhere.

zohmigawd next week :D :D :D

Edit: Oh stuff, forgot Faction when I signed up for the yahoo groups page. What are they?
Well the two main factions will be The Klingon Empire and the United Federation of Planets. The game gears mostly towards the UFP as the Klingons will mainly be centered in PvP.

try google groups instead

http://groups.google.com/
Darnit, I already made one on Yahoo. lol Well if google lets me goof with background pictures, then I'll just move it to there instead.

Edit: Well this looks like it'll take me a while to figure this out. I'll have to bone up on my HTML again so I'll just post the yahoo link as it's already set up and done. But Google groups looks like a decent place to set up the main page and keep it there. I'm not liking the limit they gave on the welcome message. Had to delete over half my welcome message to fit in the allotted space Google provided.

http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/STOBlocklandClan/

When you request membership, include your Blockland name, faction, and the name you will assume while on the servers if you're not already participating in Beta.

Really, no. I made it up on the spot, though I might change it.

EDIT: I've changed the name and the significance is that I was born as a Capricorn.
Cool. Signs of the zodiac are always appropriate names for starships. :)

But I will finally be able to get this game when my Financial aid check comes in (and fix my car...damn that thing. lol) And then I'll see what I can do about hashing together some kind of small message board in Yahoo groups to at least hold over til a more professional page can be designed.

So this week, that page should be up. I will try to have the link available for you all to join up and regulate a fleet activity deal.

well actually more p-own, because pown sounds like down, I suppose.
I've heard two different versions for this.

First one was pwn as in "pwin." Various South Park references I believe.

And simply pronounced "Own" because it started off as a typo, like a lot of fads did and they didn't care to correct the pronunciation or actually make sure they were typing it correctly. *shrugs*
