Is this the same guy who had two hamsters die on him? If so, didn't I warn him from getting any other pets? :/

I was finally banned from a server because someone had happened to read my comment on never having been banned before. Their reason "Now you're no better than the rest of us!" I had to laugh and laugh hard. Damn near fell back in my chair. Well played.

I've done a few attempts here and there. Some flimsy sketches and some well thought out. My best example, however, is as follows:

I'll agree with you on that. Back in 2000 I purchased a 4.1 sound system that was supposed to be designed for the Xbox (the original) or PS2. It's a Kinyo if anyone recognizes the brand. However, after finding a neat-o adapter piece, it works rather well for pc speakers and has since annoyed my neighbors with it's ridiculous bass thumping when I get into my cravings for Techno. 9 years later, they work like new, although the hand held volume control/power switch is touchy and can cut out sound all together if I adjust volume there. Thankfully I never need to since my pc has that option on it's own.

I have two 150gb hard drives and I find it rather difficult to even fill one up. As I mentioned in another thread, I archive my data onto DVDrs so that I can keep a lot of free space for game installations and performance deals.

They can get through firewall if they really wanted to. I don't try to use it as it's pointless in that it hinders a lot of online playability. If someone wants my vacation photos that much, they can have them. I never keep anything important on my pc for too long. I back things up every month or two and archive it on DVDR. Saves me a lot of time should I ever need to reformat.

Then you'd really be into you with your lovey lady bits and your lovey man bits too.

What [would happen] if everyone was nice for one whole day?

Well you guys seem to miss the point of what he said. He has the warranty deal which pretty much locks out any other form of repair outside Best Buy if he wants to keep the warranty intact. It's a rather crappy policy they do to ensure they keep your business.

A similar thing happened to me when I bought a laptop back in 2000. It was a simple Compaq but after a year of decent performance, the hard drive failed and wouldn't boot. So I brought it in with my warranty plan and they fixed it in a couple weeks.

Two months later, I find out that they only reformatted the thing and didn't replace the defective drive as it had failed again. So I brought it back told them I knew what they didn't do and said I want to watch the process of the repair. (they actually did it in store at that point, surprisingly) After I was satisfied that they had actually replaced the part, I took it home happy and willing to go on to a continued use.

Turns out a few weeks later half my keyboard ended up failing. Most likely unrelated, but the fact that it failed so quickly made me curious. So I brought it in again and demanded a new computer per to the warranty agreement. At the time my warranty agreement was if it has to be repaired 3 times, I get a new one. Apparently the terms changed somewhere between that and I needed it to break 4 times before replacement. So I had no choice but to have them fix it.

I get it back only to have the hard drive once again fail two months later. Apparently they sell stuffty components as well to their inability to fix a simple laptop. and at that time, I had all my repair slips so there was no way I wasn't walking out of the store with a new laptop. When I told them warranty had been reached, they tried to argue that I hadn't brought it in 4 times. So I shoved the 4 repair receipts in their face and told them to learn to count. I got a new laptop had to pay a difference for it because apparently they didn't sell laptops that cheap anymore, and I said I was forever done dealing with computers and Best buy.

Sad thing is, 3 months later I killed that one by spilling soda all over it. :(

When I went to Estes Park Colorado last weekend, I had a dominos pizza that was simply great. It would have been perfect if they had added a bit more sauce on it. Otherwise, food in that little town is fantastic.

Over 50% of the content in those replies are off-topic, that denotes a problem.  :cookieMonster:. I didn't think you were making an attack on anything. But apparently you're pushing that I did. Make a drama thread if you care about it that much.

@Miga, is android only for mobile devices?
Never mind, I skipped the first line on the information page :p
Either way, don't make a big deal of constructive criticism. (also touche  :cookieMonster:)
