Carribean Pirates never came into contact with the Norse Vikings, since you know, they were in Norway and neighboring areas.
By the time pirates were in the Caribbean, Scandinavia had some Kingdoms and there were no more Vikings.They wern't solely Scandinavian. And I'm sure not all of them up and said "oh shoot, we got a kingdom, let's quit and go to unproductive farming." As I said, there were records of contact and it usually ended in the people giving a wide berth to Vikings simply due to reputation even if it was a couple of small time groups here and there.

It's been well known in historical documents that even traditional caribbean pirates stayed away from Vikings...especially those known as Berserkers. Vikings win by default.

Why on earth they'd prefer a cow's piss to it's meat is beyond me. Why they'd put it in soda when they drink the stuff right from the tap is even more confusing. Those people make my head hurt.
