Do all schools have flags outside of them?I don't know if it's law or just tradition, but all US government buildings have flags. Schools, post offices, libraries, department of motor vehicles, etc.

The 8600 uses PCI-E. What type of connectors does your motherboard have?
I can't find anything at such a small budget(~$78) that is worth it. I always recommend EVGA, they have high quality chips and an excellent warranty.

Actually, this is a dollar or two above your budget and better than the GT. I don't know where you plan to buy it from so I don't know the prices there. You probably can't get the rebate for the ones on Newegg as it's usually USA/Canada only.
