It clearly says Spoilers in the title, It's right there before you click it, So I'm sorry that you cannot comprehend the obvious of things, Even if their right in front of you.

It makes people feel warm and fuzzy that they're taking a hardline zero-tolerance stance on ________.

In this case loveual assault in the military is on the radar lately so these Navy officers saw a chance to look good for the public by denouncing Cosby despite there being nothing except accusations at the moment.
