Why don't you actually help him, since that's the purpose of the thread instead of mindlessly flaming him.
On topic: All you need to do is download the .zip file, and drag the file itself into your add-ons folder.
Then in-game, when you go to start a server, click "Add-Ons" just above the server information bar.
Check off the box for the add-ons you wish to be included in your server when it starts.
Choose carefully. Once an add-on has been enabled, there's no disabling it in-game, although with the help of console you can load an add-on you didn't previously enable.

yeah im grounded for 3 weeks because i used my parents credit card to buy stuff, ending up over in 100$
cant use anything, only tv and ipod, and i cant go anywhere.
