it's only abuse if the host declares it of such; it is their server to mingle and mess around with and they are free to do what they want.
If you were hosting a party, and you didn't want this guys friend in your house, and he tells all your friends and everyone that you're a terrible person, would you be 'abusing' your rights to kick him out?

The ban was placed because the victim was annoying the administrators and being an annoyance to the server.
which is good enough for anyone, because if a player has Administrator privledges on a server, he is free to ban and kick whoever he wants as long as the host approves.
maybe if you read for the first time in your life instead of thinking that 'hurr pictures = SEEING AND SEEING IS BELIEVEING WEEEE' then maybe you would understand this huge slab of text that i'm typing now.

Isaac Fox needs to learn that not all permanent bans eventually get deleted.
Permanent bans are meant to not expire. Ever.
There maybe are some people that delete their banlist once in a while but just because heedicalking isn't one of them doesn't mean isaac fox has to drama him.

Also if any of you are too blind to see the error, Sparty AKA: cheez is not fit to be an admin and deserved to be banned by moonlight.
He was being biased because of his friend, instead of doing his job and administrating he took his friends over the server.
