my point is that you, me, and every other member on this forum has no say in who is a moderator and who isn't. we do NOT run the forums. badspot singlehandedly made/makes decisions for moderator positions without our input because he knows the majority of people here are just handicapped when it comes to management experience. if he had any reason to not put ephi as a moderator he wouldn't have done so in the first place; he has definitely observed ephi's management of the RTB forums. granted it's not on as large of a scale as this forum but surely he isn't in a place to second guess himself.
The poll in the original thread was 70/30 in favor of demotion. That is a strong number.

this isn't an "open administration" run forum. you have no rights here. you are given the privilege to post with each key and that privilege is revoked for being a dumbass/etc. rule breaking. you do not have a right to "protest" a ban here, i don't get why you guys are trying to apply anti-authoritarian arguments to a forum board run by one admin and three moderators.
