First, the server list is grabbed from http://master.blockland.us/master/index.asp
(all the master sever does is just display server IPs and info)

Then, your client pings all servers to find out if they're dead or not. This is where we can find out if someone is banned or not.

It won't work too easily. Unless in the server query it gets a "status report" from the server.

There is no specific location.

You would have to open it up with GUI editor, save it, then there it is.
