A particle's position at any given time is modeled by the function f(t) = 3x^2 - 6x + 13, where t is the time in seconds and x is the displacement in meters. Find the instantaneous velocity of the particle at t = 3, in meters per second.

You'll have to multiply or divide by 2 because the sizes are in bricks, not units. I never remember if a unit is 2 bricks or vice versa.
