I think this belongs in help section. Anyway, Place the brick down from the spacemods tab. Then start a minigame make the game mode CTF and then start it. A flag should spawn if not then somethings bugged.

No, you dont put things like that in a package. To stop it when needed just do something like $serverbot=schedule(900000,0,serverbot); so that you can do cancel($serverbot); to stop it.

Here's a good place to start

After that, just find other add-ons that you know what they do, then look at the script to see how they do it. You probably won't understand Torque in one day.

1997man, the only language you can make add-ons in Blockland with is Torquescript.
