Off Topic / School going down the stuffter

My school has been great so far. It's a bit bumpy, but most of those bumps were just me being careless or something. Never has unfair punishment occured, until today.
Before I tell you the story, you need a little diagram.

So I had a bag of chips that I didn't want to eat. I push that chip to where it is in the diagram.
Jay pushes it to Alex, because Alex asked him to.
Alex drops it over the side of the table when picking it up. He looks under the table and retrieves it. Now by now we've noticed that the mean-ass lunch lady is behind him. Then she gives EVERYBODY AT THE TABLE detention, for "playing with our food". (keep in mind, there are more people sitting around my friends and i, i am just too lazy to draw more circles)
Everybody else asks her why they are getting detention and she says "because you was sittin here." She makes us all sign a paper with our names to give to the principal. When we say that it's unfair, she says that by playing with food we were wasting it for all the poor hungry people, when she's the one who doesn't give leftover food to kids who want it, she just throws the extras out.
After lunch we went upstairs and complained to our teacher. Fortunately, he was on our side, but there was nothing he could do. So, we went to the principal and told her our side of the story. She said she would think about it. Right at the end of the day she stopped us and told us that the lunch lady had a completely different story and we were most likely going to be helping with breakfast duty for two days. She said we'd share our stories in the morning.
I'm so pissed right now, but I need advice. I'm thinking of bringing my parents into it, because there's no way the very-differing story can be true at all.
tl;dr unfair lunch lady gives detention for dropping a chip to entire table of people, principal believes her completely in a most-likely bullstuff recap of the incident.

Creativity / REQUEST - an avatar and possibly channel background for youtube

My friend and I have decided to make a collab Let's Play channel on Youtube called Octosauce. If someone could make us a logo (within youtube regulations) that'd be great. Just an "OS" is enough, really, but try to have it relate to the name or LPing somehow. Thanks!

Off Topic / Kids at my school swim in sewer water

Ok, before you progress, imagine a little square. This square is the playground. (big asphalt area)
Now put a tiny circle in the middle. This is a sewer drain manhole thing. The middle of the playground is a lower altitude than the rest.
Great.
So today it rained a lot, and a big puddle formed in the middle of the playground.
After school the first thing that came to people's minds was "PLAY" I imagine.
Lots of little kids were wading around in it (went up to above their ankles in the middle)
Now at first it just looked like a puddle with dirt and leaves and such. But then, I look inside the depths and I see the sewer drain.
Suddenly, realization: they're swimming in backed-up sewer water.
I told everyone but lots of them refused to stop. This one fat chick just shrugged and started hitting people with a ruler.
Some other kid cussed me out cause I was "telling him what he can and can't do".
Discuss my school's stupidity.

Games / I think I just lost half my steam games.

When I look at my steam games list normally, I actually have to scroll down a bit since I bought the Valve Complete pack. Now, it's more compact, and I noticed a few games I had are gone. Not ones I play, but games that I would play if I could get off this mac thing. It's not too much of a problem because for some reason all the games I play regularly were spared. Maybe I just hit some button by accident and it's narrowing down games I've played at all. Help!

Games / Steam > TF2 not starting

When I try to run TF2, the normal launch window appears and says "Team Fortress 2 is preparing to launch...". Then, after a few seconds, it dissapears and nothing happens. I tried quitting and re-logging in to steam with no luck. I'm about to try again. :P

Ok, don't get me wrong, I am not a furry hater. Night Fox seems cool enough. But there's that large sum of them that seems to be doing it for attention. Also, the research ones freak me out. This steam chat started just now when I was playing TF2.

The final bold was me fixing a quote I had earlier that he never addressed. Simply put, he joined this clan with me and my friends and was attention whoring everytime we saw him. When he was banned from the clan, he begged for forgiveness and the clan leader was nice enough to bring him back. It repeated. (his blockland name is "Dominic the Outcast")
Please help me to explain how to get this guy to understand.

Games / SSBB Subspace: getting peach and zelda freed at same time?

My overwhelming curiosity has lead to the creation of this topic.
If you do not know what I am talking about, in Super Smash Bros Brawl, there is a part where you have a choice to save either Peach or Zelda, by hitting their cages. If you hit the boss rather than a cage, both HP bars go down. Now what I'd like to know is what happens if you never hit a cage? It's somewhat hard to google this, but if you can, or if you've seen a video of it, please post it.

Nikki is trying to set up her phoenix wright livestream, and we can't seem to get the mic working.
Her skype mic is some long ass name. There is another copy of it that's just that but with (2) at the end. When we used the original, we got some white noise but we couldn't hear her still.

Off Topic / Is this gaming computer any good?

Lately I noticed my mac is getting outdated in a lot of games like Portal 2 and Left 4 Dead 1 & 2, so I think it's high time I buy a windows gaming computer.
My mac is Mac OS X 10.5.8, 1.83 GHz, Intel Core Duo 2 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM according to, well, my mac.
I'd like to know how much it could sell for, and whether this computer is any good. See, it's going to be a gaming computer, but I also want it to be a bit all around, so I can at least browse the internet decently too. If that computer isn't any good, are the newer ones better? (if you click the link, notice it's AMTI9020. there were previous computers with a different number, but i didn't see many differences.)
I hope someone helps :P
Also, if this computer is stuffty, maybe we could put together some parts?

I feel like someone or many people in the community are going through a rough time.
I'd just like to say, don't be sad. We have family. We have friends. We have games. We have great music. We have opinions. We have beds to sleep in and computers to play around with. If you ever feel bad, remember someone else is in a worse state than you, and hope they have it better for them too. Think about your dreams and hopes and pursue them.
