This is a nation-wide thing, and is quite standard. Sometimes it's the only grammatical solution to a sentence, but the way most people use it drives me insane. It's still technically correct in these situations (sometimes), but it's quite annoying. Here are some examples with suggested corrections:

I've got (I have got) a bad feeling.      (I have a bad feeling)
He's got (he has got) a lot of them.      (He has a lot of them)
I('ve) got this, [let me handle it].     (I have this)
It's got (It has got) a problem.      (It has a problem)

Ghrgghag...

It could be pretty nifty and handy at times :\ It would be good for huge builds that you cant auto wrench all the bricks. It should be able to do events, items, emitters, lights, settings (raycasting, collision, etc.) I'm not a scripter by any means though, so I have no clue how easy or hard this could be :I
