I doubt the whole roster has been confirmed. Some characters could have crazy specific or hard to fulfill conditions for unlocking. They could also be preparing to release them as DLC

I don't know. The "GRAB MY BALLS" thing is pretty suspicious, same with the "i love you man". maybe you're right. If OP is ready to come out, that would be a good way to do it. (not "I have a crush on you" but simply "i'm gay/bi".) If he is actually bi/gay then he's clearly interested and will consider telling him

OP I don't think you should admit to him just yet. If he's not gay/bi then it could lead to awkwardness or an end to the friendship. You need to find a way to figure out more certainly whether he's gay/bi or if he'd react well if you admitted it.
