I've tried several times but can never get decent connection...

The trick is to play people within a few miles. I play my friend Riley and we get like 16fps ms average, which is about a frame of lag.

I don't think a distinguished modder could handle such a large codebase on that qualification alone. He needs someone with experience with the Torque engine.

The best course of action would be to try and implement it yourself and then use the library anyway or at least read the library source. The library will likely employ the necessary knowledge as best as possible, but you can still make the effort to learn how it all works

the only characters that have ever been banned in smash history are metaknight (obscenely powerful) and ICs (infinite grab combo) in brawl
