isn't this actually offensive to gays? because the gaystation is colored vibrantly the maker assumed that only gay people would buy it
The gay pride flag is a rainbow. Rainbows are associated with the LGBT movement.

You realize it goes to a charity though, right?
I mean, it goes to like interlove asylum seekers which seems oddly specific, but whatever.
Quote
for lesbian, gay, biloveual, transgender, queer, and interlove asylum seekers and refugees.
This is a lot broader than just interlove

He means that the PS4 and auction is for the LGBT community, yet it's saying it's for "gaymers", presumably just gay gamers.
"Gaymers" doesn't sound like it represents Biloveuals and Tranloveuals (and others) who aren't gay, but are part of the same community.

Edit: Just seen F3d323's edit. Now I'm not sure if I understand what he means.
Well LGBTGamers doesn't really exist afaik. I'm sure gaymers are inclusive, you don't have to be gay or even LGBTQ I bet.

"donate $5 or more to help stop the oppression!!!!"
what is this even supposed to mean
i think im confusing you even more
im saying that you dont need a specific part of a community for an auction, in my example, you wouldnt need a "gaylamp" community, itd just be the gay community
it's pretty simple. most people with game consoles identify as gamers. most people that'd be interesting in an LGBTQ playstation would probably be LGBTQ themselves.
whoever set this up knew that "gaymers" are a community of GAY GAMERS
it's basically a shoutout to the gaymers community. once again, i see no reason to favor the gay community over the gaymer community when selling a ps3

nono you misunderstood me
you can paint it rainbow and with a heart like it is there, but just say its for the gay community instead of a specific part of it, in this case, the gaymers
Is there any reason not to say it's for the gaymers?

while i have no problem with this i must say that i could take a lamp, paint it rainbow, call it "gaylamp" and auction it off to support gay people. i know the money is being donated but if someone without the correct intentions can just make money off of this with a really stuffty excuse.
or then again i might be an ignorant and i havent done much research
It's part of an official ass auction, it seems.

Also there is no "gaylamps" community unfortunately which is where your brown townogy falls short

How will he even play? What would his moves be?

His final smash had better be the player pointing the wiimote at the screen (or aiming with the stick or d-pad) and shooting with the light rifle.
What else could it be?

I'm concerned that the dog will have a very limited moveset, since he's a normal dog as far as we know. But I suppose Sakurai will make up moves and powers for him as he did for characters like Captain Falcon.

I did the AP CS test without being in the class. It only took reading the prep book over (I skipped the practice questions so it was very light reading) and then I studied every day for a bit in the week before the test. Got a 5. That's probably one of the easiest AP courses.
As for calc and physics, I doubt you'll have that much trouble, but my school's calc/physics curriculum is totally different probably so I have no advice.

Really? Wow, the curriculum mustve changed because last time I took it about 2 years ago there was no programming all.

AP Comp Sci has been coding since 1999 at least.

If you need help with AP CS pm me. Java's probably the only language I'm good at.

Wrong. He's defining %target while checking if it exists. Dannu is right on that.
Ah. So do assignment statements return the assigned value? (in this case findClientByName(%name))

I usually just completely forget about what I've ordered (but make sure you keep a list in case something doesn't show up)

Try and forget about it.
This ideal isn't perfect
I ordered a PSU for my computer and it was almost sent back to Newegg because I didn't pick it up from FedEx

yeah, gaymer? really?
thats just as annoying as when a female who plays even one video game goes around saying "im a girl gamer, be jealous because you dont date me!" no, you arent a gaymer, you're a person who plays video games and also likes the same gender.
the gaming community especially can be very homophobic at times
it's no surprise the gaymers community exists
you can't just pretend family values doesn't exist and then get mad when people incorporate their loveuality into their identity

Well when gay people are treated like stuff in many parts of the world, it's no surprise that they form communities and conduct events like Pride. In an ideal world, yes, there wouldn't need to be things like this because gay people would be treated no different than straight people. But they're not. That's why things like having separate gay communities or having your loveuality be a big part of your identity is justified.
