i recommend scratch/ti basic. they're definitely a good start on basic programming concepts, and once you have those down, do something like C or Java.

If you buy a sandwich and your friend eats it, you are not entitled to a free sandwich from the sandwich shop.  Your friend owes you a sandwich.

AromaniaFTW's "friend" consumed his forum account.  AromaniaFTW's friend owes him $20. 

i disagree. it's more like this:
if you buy a sandwich and your friend eats it, but the manager of the shop is a magic wizard who can restore your sandwich at no cost, why shouldn't he restore the sandwich, other than that he wants you to buy a new one?

i'd understand your decision better if he had done something worse, like posted research or trap links. but posting a leaving post is victimless. of course, it's attention whorey, which is why it's bannable, but we have strong evidence that it was a friend of his, and even you seem to agree that it was his friend, based on the brown townogy. to me it seems he's been punished for nothing, and rather than rectify the situation, you're asking him to pay another $20 if he wants to continue on the forum, despite that to unban him would be relatively easy for you.

When Poiuyt hijacked my account and posted a roblox link, I got my account back within a day or two iirc. Don't see why the policy would change as long as Arom has enough proof, and I think his proof is enough to warrant an unban.
edit: He also originally posted the topic to GD.

You don't have to address someone directly to slight them. Kalphiter has been told to stop interacting with Ephialtes / RTB, and he's made posts about both of them far past the issuance of this warning.

Only four of his recent posts have been related to RTB/Ephialtes, all of them in threads not relating to RTB. None of these posts were him instigating anything, they were all in response to somebody else.

well he doesn't post much on the rest of the forums (i only see two posts in off-topic), probably because everyone is angry at him, and many of those posts were in his own thread or the hamhost thread. it's not like he's going into random threads in off-topic and stuffting on ephialtes/lub/rtb. he's posting in his own threads or defending himself with each post.

Don't do that. The function is supposed to have 15 arguments. Also, if it worked before you did that, and now doesn't work anymore, then it's pretty obvious that you did break it...

Oh, I was told I could truncate those args. Okay. I've put the args back and will test if anyone can join.

Everyone who tries to join my server gets this error.

Is it because I modified GameConnection::onConnectRequest? I included this line:

So I don't think I broke the function or anything. Yet nobody can join my server. Is this some kind of provision against spoofing clients?
