The body camera footage exists, the DC Police merely hasn't released it. But the DC Police have released footage of unsolved crimes before, and they might do it again with this story.
A police spokesman would not confirm the existence of a video or reveal what Rich may have said after he was shot, saying that that information could compromise an ongoing investigation.

The conclusion this is trying to make is so loving strained it's ridiculous. John Podesta taught at the school Mr. Robinson attended as a football player. Georgetown University is a medium-sized university in Washington DC. What a shock that the DNC boogeyman John Podesta, who is completely unrelated to the case unless you're already presuming that Seth Rich has been murdered, and one officer on the scene, were on the same campus with 5000+ students and faculty at the same time. Jesus forget.

This quote from a WaPo article seems to imply that the only stuff that wasn't taken was his watch and wallet, so his phone and wallet may have actually been taken.
This entire conspiracy is loving ridiculous. The circumstances around Seth Rich's death aren't crystal clear and dumbasses like Deus Ex have filled in the blanks with things that could implicate the DNC in the murder of some random kid who I'm not even sure would have had access to all those DNC emails. The entire infographic is also completely grasping at straws - what the forget does Kim Dotcom have to do with proving this story? The word "confirm" would imply that since he backed up the theory it's more plausible than before, when he has absolutely no inside information into any of this.
