Focusing on the present seems like a better use of time. We already learned all we need from the past, there is nothing left to learn.That's literally just a convenient excuse so that you can ignore the issues at hand. Current problems result from past history, regardless of how easy it is to just blame it on rap music.

It's really the culture the forgets up black people. They are encouraged to be thugs because that's whats cool. Most of their idles and role models encourage it (rappers making songs about being a Gangster and about doing narcotics). Treating black people like victims (like BLM demands) makes it worse because it takes away personal responsibility.Crime and narcotics abuse predates gangster rap tho. How do you explain that?

America never payed the black race for the atrocities they committed.I think restitution is a terrible idea. It'll be a pittance, and it won't fix any of the long-term problems. Plus, after it's paid, it'll justify every bit of tribal stuff our government does in the future.

No. There are more crime statistics on black people because black people are caught more.Eh, this is shaky. Black people are more impoverished and they live in dense cities where crime (especially gang and drug-related crime) occurs more often. Black people definitely commit more crimes (caught or uncaught) than white people, proportionately speaking. It's just not because of their race, it's because of factors that disproportionately affect black people in our society.

If we never accepted slaves in the first place 13% of the population in America today would be non existent.You can put a positive spin on absolutely any major tragedy in history. Doesn't mean it's justified.
They are the only race in the world that would never be able to catch up technology wise if it weren't for white people.I'd argue that lots of African countries would have caught up at a similar rate to European countries had they not been colonized after the end of the industrial revolution. Equitable countries without racial disparities don't really form when foreigners come in and completely take over your government. Likewise, when the upper-crust of those countries leave and create a power-vacuum, you end up with power struggles and civil wars and a whole bunch of problems that hurt economic growth even more. Not to mention the colonial borders created by Europeans failed to take ethnic and cultural borders into account, which has created tons of ethnic conflicts that are extremely similar to the ones currently occurring in the Middle East.
So if black people have any issues about how their ancestors were treated in the past, before their lifetime then maybe they should go back to africa.So in summary, "If you don't like how white-government has forgeted up the place where you currently live, please move somewhere else, where white-government has also forgeted up that place too."
Wrong and wrong.Again, black people are not a monolith. The current situation in the United States has so much more to do with slavery, reconstruction-era legislation, and the current War on Drugs than anything that happened in Africa 500 years ago.
Slavery in africa started around 1,400 to 1,500 and still continues today. It did end in africa in only certain parts of africa in 1800 which was thanks to the white man!

I think Cenk Uygur, as much as I dislike him as a person gave some good points in this video. I'm sort of thinking he's right in his prediction but of course I really hope not.
The Chinese were slaves yet they're doing better than white peopleI'm not sure whether you're talking about slavery in China or Chinese labor in the US, but the /vast/ majority of Chinese people in the US right now are not the descendants of railway workers. If you recall, the government implemented the Chinese Exclusion Act in the late 19th century, which cut Chinese immigration immensely and permanently stalled the population.

Latin and african urban culture was known as "gansta" culture which made them look like thugs in the process.

If black people make up the minority in your community and 90% of them are the ones causing the crimes then statistically speaking you're safer profiling and or avoiding all black people in that community then.Correct, but you're also creating a self-fulfilling prophecy where every new generation of black and hispanic kids feels like they're being treated as criminals from birth.
There is actually a culture on avoiding black people because of all the absolute crimes they commit. When you see a black guy about to cross your path on the sidewalk, walk across the street.That culture is generally referred to as 'racism'.
