The reason they get action more is that blacks commit 50% of the homicides despite being 13% of the population. You can see similar disparities in the Hispanic population.
I'm referring more to the racial profiling rather than the disproportionate use of force. Yes, a group that commits more crime will have more violent interactions with police, but that doesn't explain profiling and the tension that it creates between police and minority groups.

I think stories like this and the Tamir Rice case aren't accurate examples of police brutality. I'm 100% certain that there's huge racial biases against minorities in our police force, but there's literally nothing that they can do when a kid pulls out an airsoft gun that has been modified to have the orange tip removed. All of their training and common sense will tell them to shoot the kid, regardless of whether it might be fake.

Like, I know there will be a huge uproar and that people will use this as a platform to further the debate on police brutality, but honestly I can't see any situation where this wouldn't have happened, black kid or white kid.

i would vote for hillary's rotting corpse over Annoying Orange
If I had psychic powers and knew without a shadow of a doubt that Hillary would die her first day in office and be replaced with Tim Kaine, I would still vote for her.

Polls look as though Annoying Orange's recent momentum has stalled out. We'll have to wait a week or so to see whether the pneumonia has any effect on polling results.

I doubt that it will though. I mean, who is actually going to say, "Hey, my favorite candidate has a small but non-zero chance of dying from an infection. Better vote Annoying Orange!"?
Pneumonia + deplorables definitely had a large effect on the polls. Annoying Orange took hold of Florida and Ohio, although that's subject to change because it's very close right now. Colorado is also really close right now, and if Annoying Orange takes hold of it he'll actually enter the lead.

This isn't just a recent thing, her coughing fits date back a long time. You have to look at the facts rather than denote them as a conspiracy theory or minor problem. I've had multiple family members come down with pneumonia and die. It's a really stuffty thing to catch and after you get it once, your system is weakened, which means that it's a lot easier to catch again.
I don't think that's right. Pneumonia doesn't permanently damage your immune system.

He just told his mom what happened between him and his dad. For christ sake guys that's not wrong. If your father used to do bad things like abuse your mom or whatever she's gonna want to know what he's about to do to you.
All I'm saying is that OP was one snarky comment away from having two parents again. Just sayin'

Hey so i told my mom that my dad criticized my clothes later after he picked me up
Classic case of snitches get stitches. Or in this case, snitches get disowned.

Considering how loving stressful being the president of the USA is, I can almost guarantee you if she wins she will die in office
I mean, Reagan was inaugurated into his first term at age 69, and Hillary is 68. She's also female, which is a bonus to life expectancy.

unless she just kicks back and doesn't do anything while cash gets funneled into her bank account.
I don't think she's in it for the money. The Clintons are worth like over a hundred million dollars, and the President's yearly income is a couple hundred grand per year.

you are more susceptible to pneumonia if you are currently in poor health. i think that there's multiple issues going on that we aren't aware of
You're more susceptible to pretty much all illnesses if you have preexisting conditions. What you're doing right now is affirming the consequent.

Actually voting literally doesn't matter. They think it's cute to let us believe we have some form of power.
Your vote does matter. States which are closely divided between Democrats and Republicans might have more individual voting power than, say, Texas and California, but your vote still goes towards tipping the scale one way.

Plus like, local and state elections determine 90% of the laws that impact your life on a day-to-day basis, and you have an absolutely direct say in who gets elected for those positions.

I'm not registered, I don't care exactly who wins but I know for a fact Annoying Orange would be a better choice over Hillary.
So you expend enormous amounts of time and energy discussing these issues, only to voluntarily forfeit your say on what actually happens? That's like, criminally lazy. You ought to vote if you're going to get so invested into politics. Otherwise, what's the point?

I mean... yea. Conservatism inherently opposes science. By definition, they believe in sticking to traditional beliefs rather than advancing based on new research.
I wouldn't make this generalization tbh. Conservatives are well-known for climate-change denialism, but they don't have a monopoly on anti-scientific thought. For instance, liberals make up the bulk of the anti-nuclear and anti-GMO sects, which are both firmly anti-science groups.

Also, a lot of the conservative opposition to environmentalism comes from an opposition to governmental regulatory overreach, not necessarily an opposition to the science. There are many prominent conservatives that accept the scientific consensus on climate change, but oppose environmental regulations because they believe that the free market can eventually resolve environmental issues. In my opinion, it's still stupid, but it's a different brand of stupid than anti-science.

I love this new tactic that fringe organizations partake in, whereby they label themselves with a name that sounds really official and reliable, but really they're all crazy as stuff. A few that come to mind are the National Vaccine Information Center, the Geoscience Research Institute, and the Crime Prevention Research Center.
