as percent of gdp? debt doubling doesn't really matter if your gros domestic product is also doubled.

By that metric, the majority of Obama's contribution to the nominal debt/GDP was because the 2008 recession dropped our GDP.

Before we start hollering about doom & gloom, consider the fact that it's very unlikely that this rocket test was carrying a mock warhead with the same mass as a nuclear payload. Because of that, it's unlikely that they have the technology to deploy a warhead over the same distance.

Impossible to tell unless you tell us what motherboard you have. The RAM you linked is ECC memory, which will only work on a motherboard which is ECC compatible. These are quite rare for desktop gaming computers, which don't usually need the extra assurance of data integrity provided by ECC memory sticks. This is the kind of thing you usually only see in servers and high-end workstations.

You should try to find a regular stick of DDR3 RAM that's at a similar price-point.
