Odd, you shouldn't NEED 2 DNS servers... However your primary one may not like something from blockland.
DNS basically resolves www.google.com into a readable IP address, so I don't know why it has trouble with Blockland; unless the master server is given as the url (master.blockland.us?)... What you could do is try some different DNS servers.... I know google do a public one (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4). If you want a more detailed guide on how to do this post your OS.
