i saw a pic of this thing online, and jumped. May someone please make this as a vehicle addon?

It's the Andromeda from the TV series by the same title I think.

Personally I don't like the idea; it's not really that blocko and would be difficult to make bloko. Also is an incredibly large ship, not vehicle material in my eyes... Would be an awesome build though...

Possibilities: Don't connect via Join Internet, connect via Join LAN. It will appear as a LAN game to you, but not others.

If your router is auto-assigning your IP via DHCP your IP may have changed since "last month ago" and so you may be required to re-port forward (if you are using port forwarding rather than UPnP).

Can other people connect to your server? Or can no-one join?

I multiplied by the number of pyramids in each row by finding the area in square pyramids, then multiplying by 4 for each triangle. There are 15 rows in the first one.

900+784+676+576+484+400+324+256+196+144+100+64+36+16+4=4960

But then what about the triangle that cover multiple layers? obvious example 4 big ones which make up the entire thing? I don't think that calculation will cover it?

Sounds quite low to me...
Think about it...
1 layer /\/\ 3 triangles there...

2 layers    /\/\     8 immediately but then you have the larger triangles which could be considered...
             /\/\/\

             /\
            /\/\   etc... Then multi dimensional, levels interior

Forgot - Causing large amounts of Physics to activate at once can cause a decent amount of lag, so can ghosting large amounts of bricks (dup spam).
To be honest there are pretty much countless ways in which you could cause lag, the only way to stop people causing lag completely would be to delete blockland =3.

That only lags the clients who see the pong, the server is not affected.
But if the server host is in there, non-dedi and has a really crap computer...

Most common ways are pong/projectile spam from a relay loop, they can also be caused by a self fire projectile, that projectile then bounces which onprojectilehits another 1, and then another 2 etc. Exponential pong increase.

Hmm, if you haven't moved your blockland.exe (which looks like what this error is), perhaps you haven't got the correct permissions to access where you installed it; if on Vista or Seven you need to install into C:\Blockland (not program files technically, but this is suggested place) or disable UAC...

Just running through possibilities.

I would assume you have checked the following things, but it's always good to check...
1) Mono?
2) OGG Vorbis? (Am assuming this is correct as you said ogg)

DMZ (De-Militarized Zone) basically removes any kind of protection that the router may be providing (port forwarding, firewalls etc.) to a specific IP or part of LAN. It means you are sort of cut off from the rest of the network as well, and almost treated like you're part of the internet (very vaguely).

To be honest, with all the settings you have tried disabling I doubt that this would provide a solution; however you could try. Again this may leave the computer at risk, and I would revert if it doesn't work... Although if you have a decent firewall, anti virus/spyware running you should be fine.

Not too sure about it's exact function, but a quick wiki says it's basically a packet inspector; this means it could be causing trouble. What I would do is a quick test with someone trying to connect to your server while it's disabled. If this doesn't fix it I would re-enable it.

When BL version 14 came out it stated that anybody can host their own server now. Case closed people now lock this topic! :P
Please don't post things like this if you don't know what you are talking about. Anybody could host their server before hand, it just took more effort. The update actually said something along the lines of "port forwarding is no longer necessary for most people".

I don't know if you can use variable replacers in print events, but you could try it.

Using my example of variables...

NamedBrick[firstprint]>SetPrint(is this the right event?)>[var:br:Var1]
NamedBrick[secondprint]>SetPrint(is this the right event?)>[var:br:Var2]
NamedBrick[thirdprint]>SetPrint(is this the right event?)>[var:br:Var3]

This may not work, for a few reasons....
1. The brick variables my try to pull it from the named brick rather than the brick the variables are stored on
Workaround - Assign the variables to player/client

2. Variable replacers can't work in the real name of whatever that print event is...
Workaround - I don't immediately know, ask someone else =3.

If this isn't solved by the time I wake up, I'll have a look at bashing together one myself.
