There isn't one. The only DTS exporter in common use is for Blender 2.49b.
Could you link Blender 2.49b and the DTS exporter? I would, but all I can find is your link, but I don't know whether to download the .exe or the .zip.

Make a zone brick in the entrance, and have it so when they enter the room, it turns off rendering for the roof bricks. This would only work with a one floor building, though.

I've been searching for an exporter for blender, but I can't find one anywhere. Also, using Milkshape is not possible, because I'm broke, and I've already learned a lot for Blender.

What? I've never had to parent my models in milkshape and they work just fine
Is Milkshape easier to use than Blender, or easy to use? Because Blender seems like you'd need to be a rocket scientist to figure out.

I made a model in blender for a gun, but I have no clue how to animate it or make it act like a gun. Could someone give me general advice for the process, or show me a good tutorial for it? I'm sorry if it seems like I'm not even trying, but I've watched lots of tutorials for blender and animations, but it's still very confusing for me. Thanks in advance!

What i've been working on (and loving around with :P) for the past week:

Also, as stated in the description I will basically be redoing firearms pack and using models that "fit the game" better, like the default gun. Ammo system will be removed and replaced with a simple reload system.

The ammo system is just too buggy and has too many problems (like use up all your ammo and suddenly your ammo is in the negatives). It's stuffty and I don't like it anymore.

My models in FP are kinda, 'non fitting' as I would say. I've been leaning more towards the default style and I think I'll be settling there for a while.

I will not release firearms pack, but this new pack I guarantee I will.

Pros about this new pack:
with the new modeling style, models can be completed faster
Less datablock usage
Simple non-buggy reload system that isn't handicapped and actually works

Cons:
Going to have to redo EVERYTHING
