im having trouble with the print under/overflow events to make a timer can someone please explain how to do this?

Off Topic / something serious happened in my neighborhood D:

it was the lakes and there were 20 cop cars zooming into my neighborhood and 3 news helicopters. Also 2 ambulences! :O i went over there to see all of the commotion. but it was blocked off with police do not cross . they said there was a gunfire in target then the guy escaped. then climbed over the wall into my neighborhood. there was a murder... 
and a theft in target. weird day. :|
