What you're asking is basically impossible for any game. People do just the same in every other battlefield as well. Every game I've ever played that needed "teamwork" was like this. Especially SOCOM and stuff like that.
If you want good teamwork, you're going to have to get good friends together (which is what I do) that actually want to play it using teamwork as well. It makes the game 500% more fun. No one wants to speak and use teamwork to a bunch of random people they're going to meet for 8 minutes in a match.

for people to elaborate instead of just saying "I like good personality"
like what the forget does "good personality" mean? It can mean anything and it's a lazy attempt to say what you like in girls in a nice way without saying "I like vagina and breasts" basically
basically people should list out specific personality traits and what their standard of "good" is and all that. "good personality" is so vague, and, like I said before, that answer is kind of like saying "food" when someone asks what you want to eat.
