EDIT: Man forget Jagex's bullstuff servers. I got disconnected fighting some high level monsters with my best gear on, and now I cant log in due to "My account still being logged in". I bet anything I am dead and so far away from any teleport, I can't recover any of it.

I have 15 days left. I could probably get 200k exp / day and get 99 by the end. If I did sharks, even if I did them 24/7, I wouldn't make it by the end of the month. I'm not going to resort to botting, which would be just sad.
The point I'm trying to make is that you're saying that I'm telling you guys that I'll give away free stuff to people I don't know and then because of financial issues in real life (not having money for that membership), I would not be doing it. This isn't a Runescape financial issue.
Even if I do have that money, I will still not be doing it; I don't see a reason now that I've learned much of the people here are just coming to my 99 party to get the money. You see, I'm doing a test: did you not notice that when I said I'll be giving away free stuff, people all wanted to come; when I didn't, I get this kind of reaction?
So, no, I'm not pulling a "You do it and see how you like it". You don't get it.
What the hell were you expecting with random people?
