I don't know how much of this relates to the sandbox discussion(I didn't really read it but found it in a sandbox thread), but here is a bunch of instances of riot being handicapped and stuff.

What background should I use for these biome rooms? Thinking something natural-ish like stone or dirt, supported by stone or metal beams.
Any reason why the hallowed area is larger than the crimson area?

Changes
Solar Flare armor set Dash ability now only consumes flares when it hits an enemy, and any hit enemy will result in a Solar Radiance explosion!
Party Girl's spawning chance has been increased
You can now take Camera Mode pictures of wiring if you hold a mechanical item while taking the pictures
Fixed certain issues with the Stardust Dragon's damage and rebalanced him to be more in line with other minions
You can now hide the Moon Charm and Neptune Shell's effects...or put them in vanity!
The final boss' attacks now use their own cooldown for immunity due to how naughty some of our players have been. ;)

i had never gotten a solar eclipse before
and now that it's spawn rate has been decreased i've gotten 3 of them in a very short time span
You should have seen it before the decrease. I got like 3 in a row one time

Ive completed about 20 or so quests and i havnt even gotten the first achievement.
That's weird, because my achievements worked perfectly fine after the fix

Except the angler achievements are broken atm, and can only be achieved by using external programs. Dont know how you got them, even if they were fixed, because its not counting past completed quests
I never went above 200 completed quests when they were still broken, so all I had to do was finish the rest of the remaining 200 quests
