What's the current damage per bullet now? I actually liked the damage of the first because it could be useful as a weak SMG for TF2-styled sniper classes. It's only my opinion, but I decided to state it just the same.

Baby Mod was failed, it screws up Zombie Names and makes weapens unable to hurt them, only melee will. Always have Bot Events disabled when hosting a zombie server.
Thanks, that's good to know, but I sorta need the link to Bot Events itself. :P

I thought I had already downloaded it but It didn't show in my add-ons.
Was it failed? I've heard of some interferences with the zombie and baby mods...

If I 'were Valve' I'd be honored by my games' glorification. Plus, they're probably not losing any money, and Half-Life 3 comes out sometime in 2010 which will temporarily destroy a good deal of social lives, not to mention time spent on Blockland.

My darkish green player light edit might be as close as we can get.
It wouldn't be client sided. Other people could see it, which would defeat the purpose.

I added some people's suggestions to the OP.  :D

I hate that whenever I fire a weapon and it kills somebody, I have to look at the chat and find the message to see if I killed them. Is there a way to highlight or notify if you've killed somebody?
Why not make an add-on and it makse a star aboves you and gives you a bottom print message that you killed <name>
Sounds good, but if it tells you that you've done something twice in two different places then it might get annoying. I'd be fine with it, but  I'm also fine the way it already is.
Should be client sided if made.

we need more tactical weapons in general
The main problem is that about 75% of all user created weapons are overpowered. You can't exactly fix them now by just asking the creators to update them to be more fair, and there is arguably nothing 'wrong' with them anyways.

Someone needs to make a concussion grenade, low damage but has plenty of the screenshake going on.
I actually liked those. Sadly, everything that impairs a client's vision or movement gets the fail bin.

#4 seems a bit useless. Take the HE Grenade instead, which sets the health of all players in its radius to zero.
Hadn't really thought about that one. The point of the item would be to inconvenience the enemy rather than kill them, making them think of what to do about it rather than "Oh I died. that's too bad... time to kill more people".
If the choice were given I'd think people would probably pick the HE grenade over this, but I still think it sounds fun.

I don't think there should be any "1-time-use" items. Most of the time, due to their limited use, they're not worth it. All 1-use-items should be turned into 3-use-items, or recharge items.
If humans could make a bomb that exploded 3 consecutive times, they probably would.
Recharge and 3-use sound good though.

First of all. This:

Now that that is out of the way, here is another damn list of suggestions that you've seen a million times already.
I'm doing it anyways.
                                                                                                                                                                                               


1. What: A burst fire rifle that does medium-low damage. Low spread with small delay between shots and a decent reload time after about 5 shots.
    Why: There are 37 sniper rifles, but almost no regular rifles. This isn't really needed to balance maps with long corridors and open fields as we already have the gun, but it wouldn't hurt to have something a little different.
                                                                                                                                                                                               

2. What: A Rocket launcher type weapon that fires slow moving projectiles at a decent rate. Small-Medium spread. Possibly a long reload delay after 6 shots. Small blast radius with little damage to players in the radius, but very large damage on direct contact.
    Why: The player would have to think about using it against vehicles or infantry, as the projectiles are slow moving. He may have a hard time hitting players if he only has two shots left before the long reload, so tactical decisions are necessary for anyone weilding this support weapon.
                                                                                                                                                                                               

3. What: A one-time use item that would fully recover the health of all players (+Vehicles?) inside a smallish radius.
    Why: would be good for a support player in a class-tdm. obviously would save the asses of many teammates in an ambush if used properly, Idk.
                                                                                                                                                                                               

4. What: Another one time use launcher who's projectile set's the health of all players in the radius to 15 (or another low number). Could be deployed a la HE-grenade / Spear throwing style. explodes on impact.
    Why: I hate getting raped by an entire team. If you see them runnin' around or if you want to piss them off after they kill you, throw one of these so they can be quickly picked off by some cliche blockland machine gun.
                                                                                                                                                                                               

5. What: Yet another one-time-use object. This thing would do no damage and possibly have no projectile, but it would have recoil. Lots of recoil.
    Why: Could be used to double jump into an otherwise inaccessible window, or to launch yourself out of danger. Idk sounds fine to me.
                                                                                                                                                                                               

What: a way to tell which way you are getting shot from
Why: It  would add a lot to DM's
What: Damage mod.
Why:
1x Hands and Feet
2x Arms and Legs
3x Torso
4x Head and Neck
Whenever you hit a player in the areas above, it hurts the player with the natural damage and multiplies it by where you hit the player. Every weapon would have to have its damage decreased. 2 would be normal. If you shot somebody 50 times in the foot, they would die, that is the only problem with it. It makes sense I guess.
I thought i had more ideas, but we do have a large variety of Add-Ons already available thanks to everybody who didn't crap up the forums with their Bad-Ons. I may think of some other things later, because I'm super creative and think about blockland in my spare time... and I'm tired :P
