I didn't like it at all. A similar game to DayZ and Rust is Project Zomboid, but it is mostly singleplayer. You can host servers and invite friends though, it's in beta.
Project Zomboid is a lot of fun and less frustrating than the other ones, in my opinion. It's top-down so it's less action based, but it's real survival, instead of just defending against other players.

LOL similar?  just because it shares zombies?  and rust doesn't even have zombies anymore

I once helped out my a female friend's family by taking care of their cat for a week. Every day for a week, I would go over there and snoop around their house. I found my friend's diary, and proceeded to read the entire thing. I used this information to get her to like me, and she is currently my wife.

The Red Dead Redemption/Undead Nightmare bundle is still on sale for 10$ I think.

could not agree more.  RDR is like the only reason i have a loving console in the first place.  the gameplay is absolutely solid, gunplay is satisfying, horse riding is incredibly fun, the story is extremely engaging and well-written, and john marston is absolutely a great protagonist.

my only quarrel with the game is that you have to play as johns annoying af son when he dies.  still, the gameplay doesn't change, so pick this game up.

it's not really even a game.
your guys' idea of a "good iphone game" is one that you can sit down and play for hours on end

lol seriously?  mobile "games" are simple games for simple people.  the majority of the demographic of iphone users don't want loving counter strike on their phones, they want casual games like angry birds or puzzlers like scrabble.

i check in every now and then and upgrade stuff and collect money, i dont know what you guys mean about getting raided constantly you can get up to 16 hours of shield from a good raid

this is how the game is meant to be played.  it's perfectly enjoyable (and free) to play the game this way, you can't just sit down and say "i'm going to play clash of clans for a few hours".  if that's your mentality that you're doing it all loving wrong.  you need to re-evaluate your life if you get your "gaming fix" from loving mobile games, anyway.
