But the bug mods run on Rotondo's zombiemode...
Unless i missed something.

They do (for now).. I will probably remove usage of the zombie mod before too long, since it does cause console errors.

I probably won't switch over to ZAPT for the bugs' AI, but I would like to use it for "Defend the Hive from zombies" type servers.
I guess L4B could work for that too, but honestly I am tired of using it. :S



Also the new Praying Mantis model is ~40% done.

Sry I've kept everyone waiting on the server pics that I took from Saturday's server, I hope that you enjoy them.
Note: I didn't have enough time to try out the pic hosting site, so I'll just post them the normal way I do.

Nice images. And I honestly don't mind this method of image posting when you only have four or less to post.



In other news, I finished up another new model, but unfortunately it is for an unannounced something, so you guys can't see it yet. :L

Also I was messing around with ZAPT some time ago, and I found out that brick breaking for the zombies is broken when running through Slayer, which is AWESOME.
I might just host a zombie servers soon, with some Bug Mods mixed in. ;)

Server was fun. I took three pics of the server when I was playing as a tremor mite. If I can't figure out how to use the image hosting site to post pics then I'll post them the other way.

Idk how I missed seeing that "I will NOT be hosting a server this Friday" quote earlier. Although the last couple times you post something with a quote from someone, I don't even bother to look above the quote when I read it. I'm not really sure why I started doing that. :/

Anyway, very small changelog for tomorrows server:


   -Increase the running speed of the normal bug slightly
   -Increase the running speed of the big bug



Hopefully these changes should make the normal and big bugs more viable. The Big Bug is now the fastest of all the 'big hive' bugs.

For those reading this, please play as the Big Bug tomorrow for awhile, and tell me what you think of the changes.

Army, When are you planning on hosting your server today?

First, I'd like to inform everyone that I will NOT be hosting this Friday, but there will still be a server up this Saturday.

That would be awesome. None of the MAS vehicles have been properly tested in a TDM environment, so their balancing is rather messing at the moment.

In other news, I just (mostly) finished the Mite Queen model. Soon we will be able to do a proper Bugs vs Mites TDM, which will be a very welcome change from the normal Trenchdig TDM that I've been hosting.

Could you host trench dig tomorrow and Bugs vs mites sunday? (if you don't go to church)

The new mites aren't ready yet, unfortunately. The earliest they can be expected is next weekend.

Must stop derping on other stuff so I can work on dat MAS machine build x,x between me and Jitank we had some good progress, but now I got free time I keep forgetting to work on it, which kinda sucks as said build will allow for the first active vehicle test in MAS historeh.

So guys, I've been working on some models. I don't want to show anything yet, but I will say that the Spine Mite is looking pretty entrepreneur .  :cookieMonster:

I won't be able to see a giant leopard moth because the caterpillar is dead. I didn't know that the eggs on the webbing were maggot eggs till I saw a fly in the cage with the caterpillar. I thought that the eggs were something to do with the transformation proses. It must have gotten to cold for him to survive. Oh well. :/
The good news is that the cage is empty now. I can finally put the ladybugs that are all over my house in the cage. :)
