Off Topic / New Gaming PC help

So... I want to buy a new gaming PC custom built but I have no idea on what specs to get because I've never owned a desktop pc I've always had a laptop but people said instead of buying a new laptop that's not got good specs just buy a gaming pc and it's 10x better. My budget is £1000 and it's $1450 please can you guys help me
I'm looking for a pc that will run the newest games on ultra or even max, Will that be possible in that price range?

Help / Forum colour help

So I want to set the sky and the ground in blockland the colour of the forums. But I notice the environment runs off 1.000 instead of 255.

The forum colour is:
AFC6DB
R: 175
G: 198
B: 219
Please can somebody help me and what would I set the numbers to?

I'm right handed and I wrote this with my left. I know I put "But I just think I free" I was meant to put I'm but concentrating on writing left handed too much.

This Saturday I'm going to ask this girl I met at ice skating, We been talking for about 2 months and yesterday I told her i was going to ask her out last Saturday when we was at ice skating holding hands but her brother was there (13 year old) and made things just a little awkward because I never met him before. Anyway long story short her friend asked me what i though of her and i told her and then the girl i like asked me what did i tell her friend and i told her and she said "If you would of asked i would have said yes you know.", So she is coming mine Saturday to watch films and I'm going to ask her out on the way to my house but I just don't know what to say to her

Long story^ short: How would I ask her out face to face and when she says "Yes" what should i say and do? she told me she'll say yes.

I'm a very shy person

I took a motor off my quad copter and made this automatic spinning brush, The brush is pink because it was my sisters but she started growling because she was not happy.
It's rechargeable with a 850 mAH Li-ion 7.4 Volt battery and may cause sparks and heat up with in 20 seconds of use.

Help / Where can I download VCE prints and events?

I have tried and every single on I downloaded doesn't show up when I enable them in game, I want to use the prints for my Survival RP I'm going to work on. I use to have them before I reformatted my laptop but I have lost them and can't seem to find working ones.

Help / Blockland not responding (Windows 10)

I want to play Blockland again but since i updated to stuffty Windows 10 Blockland just keeps crashing on the loading screen and when it does load it opens Blockland main menu then it crashes

Is there anyway to fix this
I have tried to reinstall Blockland several amount of times and it still does not work

If I push my moped to the petrol station with out a battery or spark plug and i am not insured on it and all i want to do is fill it up so i can work on it today at home could the police take the moped off me if i am caught pushing it on the path

I am 17
I have no licence for the moped but i have the log book

Off Topic / Amazon stole my money!

Yesterday i bought some gear for airsoft war and when i pressed buy now it took £72.85 out of my bank and in my email i get a message from amazon and it comes up with "Payment revision needed" about 10 mins later saying the order has been declined! So i contact Amazon and they say my bank is declining it and that i should go and phone my bank. So i phone my bank and ask are they declining the payment from Amazon and they say no so i look and my bank has £72.85 missing from my money so i contact amazon again and they tell me the same thing to contact my bank and i said to them "I phoned my bank and they say they are not declining any charge from Amazon"

Please can somebody help me on what i could say to amazon and if i will get my money back
